There is never as much pain during the life of a street than its transition time to an asphalt road. One such street is this one in Qera, where a large dugout is yet to be filled. In the meanwhile, a passerby has to rely on a wooden contraption that is barely secured together at either end to serve as a bridge. At least, it is not the rainy season.
