Mesfin Araya (PhD), chief commissioner of the Ethiopian National Dialogue Commission, told the media last week that the Commission has moved to Addis Abeba the forum intended to collect agenda items for the national dialogue in Tigray Regional State, stating difficulties in organising the process in a politically sensitive region.
