Kebede Kassa (PhD, Middle), IGAD program coordinator, consults with the two ministers. The eight-country regional trade and development organisation is trying to tackle the massive problem of refugees and IDPs the countries in the Horn of Africa are facing. There are over four million refugees and another eight million internally-displaced persons (IDPs) in the region.
