Addis Abeba has released 77,000sqm of land for bidding in the third round of the current fiscal year, marking the eighth public land bid since the city resumed the process.
The Land Development and Administration Bureau said 220 plots are on offer, designated for mixed-use development across nine districts: Kolfe Qeranyo, Lideta, Lemi Kura, Qirqos, Nifas Silk, Aqaqi Qality, Yeka, and Gullele.
Bid Committee Chairman Kibrom Assefa noted that bid documents will be available for purchase online, with sales scheduled to begin next week.
