Weyo Rob, CEO of Sugar Corporation.
Weyo Roba, who has previously been serving as Deputy CEO of the operations division of the state-owned Sugar Corporation, has been named the new CEO of the Corporation as of April 5, 2019.
Weyo, who was acting CEO for the past three months, succeeded Endaweq Abite, who has moved to the Addis Abeba City Administration as a deputy mayor.
The new CEO has been working at the Corporation for the past seven years as deputy CEO in charge of operations. Before moving to the Corporation, Weyo served the Oromia Regional State in various capacities.
