Executive Chef Raed Abu Zeineh (left) of the Hyatt Regency Hotel joined Odondise Gowa Omotto (center) and celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson, former guest chef to US President Barack Obama at his first state dinner in 2009, at the launch of the Vibe BBQ food truck pop-up in the city at Hyatt Regency Addis Abeba.The food truck plans to serve fresh bites, including Chef Marcus’ personal favourite, Mexico Square, a fusion of tibs taco, gommen hummus and slaw that blends Mexican and Ethiopian flavours.
