Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed (PhD) told witnesses of the Ankara accord he signed with Somalia's President Hassan S. Mohamud (PhD), in which both parties affirm "the sovereignty, unity, independence and territorial integrity" of the other. Turkey's President, Recep T. Erdogan, mediated the accord signed last week.
