This was announced during the celebration of Customer Week at their headquarters, on April 7,2025. Jibat Alemneh, CEO of the company said, Vehicles owners that purchased thier cars with full insurance coverage will receive enhanced benefits at no extra cost at any of the its branches. These enhancements include an increase in property coverage for third-party damage from 200,000-300,000 Br and an increase in death and bodily injury coverage from 250,000-300,000 Br, all provided after paying the mandatory statutory premium price. This service continues for one month. He also noted that the insurance services are preferred and reliable, helping the company lead the private insurance sector and attract over 90,000 customers.
