Massad Boulos, President Donald Trump's senior advisor for African, Arab and Middle Eastern Affairs, told Al Arabiya's Arabic edition that the dispute between Ethiopia, Egypt and Sudan over the GERD must be resolved technically. He wants to see the issue addressed, considering that GERD has become "a reality."
