"Ethiopia will invade no country."

Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed (PhD), the commander-in-chief of the Ethiopian National Defense Forces (ENDF), said last week, addressing members of the army gathered at Mesqel Square, commemorating the Army Day. He responded to growing concerns in the region that his ambitions to see Ethiopia's access to the sea could come through the use of force.
