Ilyas M. Dawaleh, Djibouti's minister of Economy, in charge of industry, posted on his X page last week, referring to the war in the Middle East. He bemoaned that economies, supply chains and people in the Horn of Africa region are "paying the highest price" for the war Israel and the United States wage against Iran and its proxy force, Hezbollah, in Lebanon.
