Awash Insurance Mourns CEO's Loss

Gudissa Legesse, 54, Awash Insurance's chief executive officer (CEO), passed away on February 25, 2024. His passing is a significant loss to the company and the sector, as he brought nearly three decades of experience in the insurance industry.

Prior to his tenure at Awash Insurance where he served as a CEO for four years, he had a distinguished career at United Insurance.

Gudissa's funeral will take place later today, February 27, 2024, at 3:00pm at Holy Trinity Cathedral Church.
