The City Administration extended the ban on the increase of housing rent imposed during the pandemic for another three months. With monthly inflation rate averaging around 33pc, it does little to soothe the suffering felt by tenants across the capital. As the wage of residents remains stagnant, desperate city dwellers find themselves constantly rotating between landlords in search of affordable housing.
