Graders uprooted a majority of those seedlings in the park yesterday as part of yet another campaign - the construction of thousands of condominium apartments by the City Administration.
It did not last long. It was only three months ago that thousands of seedlings were planted in Adwa Park, Bole District in Addis Abeba as part of Ethiopia's drive to plant 350 million trees in a day and beat the world record. Graders uprooted a majority of those seedlings in the park yesterday as part of yet another campaign - the construction of thousands of condominium apartments by the City Administration.
