Kurmuk Gold Mine Plc (KGM) invites qualified and experienced firms to submit proposals for Asset Registration, Physical Verification, Tagging,Asset Valuation servicesand Asset Management system
The assignment supports KGM’s transition from Exploration and construction to production and aims to establish an IFRS‑compliant, auditable asset registerincluding Exploration Assets, Construction‑in‑Progress (CIP) and Property, Plant & Equipment (PPE).
Scope includes asset registration, physical verification, classification, coding, and assessment of value of the asset and its useful life in accordance with IAS 16, IFRS 13 and IFRS 1 and local regulatory requirements. It further covers submission of valuation report with the valuation technique used and the procedure followed together with the complete asset register. The bidder is also expected to provide a robust Asset Management System for asset registration and accounting together with compatible tagging systems.
Eligibility: Firms with proven mining or heavy industrial experience, qualified valuation professionals (e.g. RICS, ASA, CPV), and ability to work in remote mining locations.
