Tadesse Lencho (PhD), assistant professor at Addis Abeba University's School of Law & Governance, said during the televised hearing of constitutional and law professionals on parliament's request for constitutional interpretation from the House of Federation. He argued that interpretation should only be used for the specific purpose of extending the time in office of parliament during this particular circumstance and period.
