Women are playing the traditional musical instrument, Masinqo, and singing in Amist Kilo on Ketera, the day before the Ethiopian celebration of epiphany, Timqet. On the day, a tabot, a religious representation of the Ark of the Covenant, is carried from churches along with a procession of adherents of the Christian Orthodox religion and members of the clergy.
