Taye Astqesellasie, minister of Foreign Affairs, delivered an intensely articulated message during a media briefing last week about what he said were a series of statements by "some of Somalia's leaders" that are provocative, activist and unlike of statesmanship. His comments come as Ethiopia issued a stern warning on the reconstitution of the peacekeeping mission in Somalia.
