Varieties of roasted barley mixed with other grains for sale around the Flamingo area. Qollo, referred to in Amharic, is a peculiar delicacy found in a few cultures worldwide. Tibet offers the most known alternatives with Thini and Thangpa roasted barley products. Qollo remains a staple of most Ethiopians while little has been done to market the product internationally or infuse it into existing cultures through innovative means.
