The agreement followed a study visit and training programme hosted by the ECX Academy for senior NIRSAL officials from May 4 to 7, focused on commodity exchange operations and agricultural finance. The two institutions will collaborate on warehouse receipt financing, quality control, digital trading systems, risk management, and technical exchange to strengthen trade between Ethiopia and Nigeria.
