The Addis Abeba City Administration Cabinet has approved a proposal to complete development in areas only partly covered by the city’s ongoing corridor projects and address sections left undeveloped. The Cabinet endorsed the proposal today during the first regular meeting of its sixth year, where it reviewed and approved several proposals on urban development and public services. The decision is intended to bring incomplete areas under a coordinated development framework as part of the city’s wider effort to reshape major corridors and surrounding neighbourhoods.
