Sahle-Work Zewde
The Ethiopian public should reflect in a calm and sober manner on the process of change, based on knowledge and understanding, President Sahle-worq Zewdie told an audience gathered at the Sheraton this morning.
Dubbed "Addis We'g", translated to new dialogue, the forum is one of a series of events organized by the Prime Minister's Office, in commemoration of its first year in office. Organized for two days, it will discuss on issues of democratic evolution and consolidation in Ethiopia, economic growth and equity, and foreign policy. Known academicians and practitioners are enlisted to share their views and engage with no less than 400 people invited.
The President called the dialogue to measure up to enlightenment, reason, and peaceful discourse.
