Former Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn will be one of the prominent speakers to appear at the Mo Ibrahim Foundation's flagship event in Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire.
To be held the first week of April 2019, this year's Ibrahim Governance Weekend will celebrate the life of Kofi Anan, the Ghanian former Secretary-General of the UN, who passed away last year.
Other speakers include Akinwumi Adesina, president of the African Development Bank, Abdourahmane Cissé, Aliko Dangote, Ibrahim Mayaki, Oumar Seydi, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf and Alex Soros.
