Alibaba, Jack Ma First Batch Medical Aid Arrive

The first batch of aid from the Jack Ma Foundation and Alibaba Foundation arrived in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

The first batch of aid from the foundations of Jack Ma and Alibaba has arrived in Addis Abeba, this morning.

The aircraft that carried 5.4 million face masks, kits for 1.08 million detection tests, 40,000 sets of protective clothing and 60,000 sets of protective face shields landed today at Bole International Airport. The supplies will be transported on and distributed throughout the rest of the continent.


The items will be distributed to hospitals and health centres across Ethiopia in the following two and three days, according to health officials. |
