A tour and travel car decorated with several national flags and pictures of famous Ethiopians loads up on customers around the Laphto area. Ethiopia's tourism, agriculture, and manufacturing sectors accounted for the bulk of close to three billion dollars in capital investment attracted into the country last year. In a year marked by the exit of 51 investors from industrial parks, the unique panoply of both natural and man-made attractions has remained a bulwark against declining capital flows. However, spurts of conflicts in several parts of the country have stunted the growth of the sector which could contribute billions to the treasury.
