Face masks are these days sold by street vendors, in supermarkets, kiosks and pharmacies. They have become ubiquitous in Addis Abeba. This taxi takes it one step further and does not even unload it from the car. Hundreds of them are available for purchase. Indeed, with COVID-19 taking its toll, with over 3,600 having lost their lives while around 1.1 million have been vaccinated, masks remain in high demand.
