Jian Yan Han (left), general manager of HuaHong Construction, Dietrich E. The agreement was signed between Rockstone and HuaHong, a Chinese firm, to build an environmently-friendly, 21-story apartment building in the Signal district of Addis Abeba. Called Kefita, it is a rare European real estate investment venture in Ethiopia set for completion in 2023.
