Kiros Jirane, a 58-year-old father of three, is the CEO of Africa Insurance, a 25-year-old insurance firm. He earned his first degree in business administration from Addis Abeba University. He also holds a CII diploma in insurance from the Insurance Institute of London, the United Kingdom. He has been in the insurance industry for the past 22 years, all of them spent at Africa Insurance, making him one of the veterans in the industry.
