China Equips Local Hospital with Medical Kits

The Chinese government has equipped the Tirunesh-Beijing Hospital with 2.5 million Br worth of medical equipment. The donation was made following an exchange letter signed between the Chinese government and the Ethiopian government on January 28, 2019. The equipment and pharmaceuticals were delivered to the Hospital on June 30, 2019. The official exchange ceremony was held on July 18, 2019, attended by Liu Yu, economic and commercial counsellor of China to Ethiopia and Yohannes Chala (PhD), head of Addis Abeba Health Bureau.
