President Sahleworq Zewde shot a dart at the closing ceremony of a national tax awareness campaign at the Millenium Hall on February 25, 2019. Ahmed Shide, Finance minister, and Adanech Abebe, minister of Revenue, were also present. The government plans to cover 68pc of its budget for the current fiscal year from tax revenues.
