"The ease of doing business reform."

Fitsum Assefa (PhD), minister of Planning & Development, credited reforms to Ethiopia's top place in East Africa for attracting foreign direct investments (FDI). She posted on her Twitter page last week that Ethiopia received 3.4 billion dollars in FDI in the last Ethiopian fiscal year. However, this amount is 811 million dollars lower than the seven-year average.
