The corridors vary significantly in length, ranging from 3.1 km for the Anbesa Garage-Jakros-Goro corridor to the 40.4 km of the Kasanchis-Estifanos-Meskel Square-Mexico-Churchill-Arat Kilo corridor. They are designed to connect various parts of the city, including residential, commercial, industrial, and recreational areas.
