As Addis Abeba becomes populated much faster than regulated urban growth can keep up, parking space is becoming ever valuable. Sometimes, it is even a side business for buildings still under construction. This building in Mexico, not quite in businesses, has already opened its parking doors, where a car can be seen grabbing the opportunity.
