Capital Authority Issues License to Proinvest

The Ethiopian Capital Market Authority (ECMA) has iasued a capital market service provider (CMSP) license to ProInvest Capital plc, authorising the firm to operate under the securities investment advisor category.

Issued on Monday, November 3, 2025, the latest license marks another milestone in the continued development of the emerging capital market. With this latest addition, the total number of licensed capital market service providers reached 12.

The Director General of the ECMA, Hana Tehelku, presented the license to the company, which has four appointed pepresentatives.
