Kassa Lisanework, 49, is married and a father of three. He earned a BA degree in accounting from Addis Abeba University (AAU) in 1994. He has worked in the insurance industry for 23 years, starting his career at Ethiopian Insurance Corporation (EIC) as an assistant auditor. Kassa also served as a claims supervisor at United Insurance for four and a half years, Nib insurance for 10 years as the claims division manager and CEO for six and half years at Tsehay Insurance S.C.
