Ethio telecom Continues 4G Expansion

Ethio telecom launched its 4G LTE Advanced Network in five towns in the company's designated Central West Region last week. Residents of Ambo, Sebeta, Burayu, Holeta and Woliso now have access to a faster internet connection, up to 15 times faster than 3G networks. Since it kicked off the campaign to expand its 4G LTE Advanced network outside Addis Abeba in February 2021, the company has availed the network in over 70 urban centres across the country, including major cities like Bahir Dar, Adama, Dessie, Dire Dawa, and Hawassa.
