Nigusu Tilahun, head of the Jobs Creation Commission, talks to entrepreneurs at the graduation ceremony of an incubation program, Ahun, on September 17, 2021, at the Ethiopian Skylight Hotel. Chosen from a pool of 755 applicants, 17 businesses in the digital sector were enrolled in to training. They received five thousand dollars in seed funding at the end of the incubation program.
