A large truck carrying a life-sized model of a long-necked dinosaur, perhaps a Brachiosaurus, makes its way down Africa Avenue towards Mesqel Square where it will be displayed at the annual Christmas bazaar at the Addis Abeba Exhibition Centre. Adjacent to Square, the centre holds various bazaars and exhibitions throughout the year, especially around religious holidays. This year’s expo will be held from December 13 to January 6.
