Workers have climbed up the skeleton of a frame that holds billboards in Megenagna. They are removing one advert in favour of another. The business has become lucrative over the past years with advertising agencies leasing space in high traffic areas. Most billboards in Addis Abeba featured ads for the Great Ethiopian Homecoming Campaign over the past few weeks while they are displaying visuals meant for the occasion of the African Union Summit being held in Ethiopia.
