A heavy truck wheel rolled over in the middle of the street around the National Theatre on Churchill Avenue. The person behind the wheel signaled the car beside him as he was ready to change a lane for a repair shop. The scene caused traffic disruption, if not a recipe for accidents. According to the Federal Police Commission, nearly 4,161 people died in a traffic accident in Ethiopia last year.
