Employment Agency Joins Market

SraBota Job Centre, an employment agency that provides services through a website, a telephone shortcode (7823), and an office located in the Figa area, opened its doors last month. Job seekers submit their CV and credentials to SraBota through any one of the platforms, as well as potential employers who detail their job openings. When the agency finds a match, the two parties will be brought together in person, and final negotiations take place. The agency charges employers a service fee of 10pc of the agreed-upon monthly salary. SraBota is currently in the process of opening a second office in Ayer Tena and plans to expand its services to include job training for potential employees in the near future. Since it commenced operations a month ago, SraBota has accommodated 380 call requests through its shortcode.
