DSTV Adjusts Ethiopia's Package

Apr 17 , 2020

DSTV has come up with a special package to help keep children learning from home during school closures due to the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The Sub-Saharan broadcast satellite service has made additional educational channels for children to alleviate the stress on parents in Ethiopia and across the globe. The Kids Channel directly focuses on academics designed according to the Cambridge System and offers a range of subjects for all grades. It also offers Mindset Pop Channel, which offers a range of subjects for grades one to three, while focusing overall on grades four through nine. It has been made available on the cheapest DSTV package to provide an immediate solution until the current crisis passes. Parents can also directly download worksheets and assignments from the Mindset website for each subject on a daily basis and follow up their children’s work every day with the help of professional teachers.
