Empty garbage cans are piled up in an area near Gofa Condominiums. Residents of the neighbourhood tried to use them to dump some of their garbage after they were stocked here, so the authorities decided to have the garbage cans turned on their sides. It has not stopped some from dumping the garbage right next to the cans.
