From June 27thto 30th, the 7th edition of Hotel Show Africa was held in Addis Ababa which attracted wide attention from Ethiopia’s hotel industry and welcomed tens of thousands of visitors.

The exhibition brought together developers, importers, and suppliers of the hotel industry, including almost all related business service categories in Ethiopia. Among them, Sunmei International（http://bit.ly/2YuFaf5） participated in the exhibition for the first time as a hotel franchising service provider and caught the attention of hotel investors with the theprototype room of 1:1 scale.

At the exhibition, Ethiopia’s minister of tourism and culture Dr. Hirut Kassaw visited the prototype room of IVY Hotel accompanied by Jackson Zhou, CEO of the international business division of Sunmei Group.

You can see clearly the details of IVY Hotel guest rooms, the spacious big bed, comfortable bedding, bedside lamp, bedside table, carpet, etc., as well as the built-in bathroom, including shower, toilet, toilet basin, etc.

On the billboard of the booth, it writes IVY Hotel’s publicity slogan of sleep tight. IVY Hotel makes a commitment to providing each customer with a B + B + C (Bedding+Breakfast+Coffee)service and creating a "clean, comfortable and safe" hotel environment. Meanwhile, Sunmei International also has a commitment to the investors, which is opening an IVY chain hotel with minimum investment and offering customers the best quality service, so as to obtain high returns. It is reported that Sunmei International was founded in 2010 and officially entered the African market in 2018. At present, it owns more than 4,000 franchised hotels worldwide. While expanding the new market, Sunmei is committed to becoming the largest hotel management group in Africa, offering hotel chain franchise services to African hotel investors.

Dr. Hirut Kassaw had a friendly communication with Jackson Zhou at the exhibition. Sunmei International has also stated that it will start its business operation in Ethiopia’s hotel market this year.
